Feedback in companies is used among other things for personal development - a chance to get to know what others think of you. But somehow feedback is a tricky thing. Giving feedback is not easy: praising someone is nice, but how do I formulate my criticism in a way that the other one is not offended? Receiving feedback is not easy either: What do I do when I really don't want to agree with what the other one tells me?
In this workshop we want to approach feedback from a constructive point of view and try out some ideas and concepts which can help to make feedback an effective tool both for the sender and the receiver.

Scrumtisch Aachen would like to say thanks to the speaker of the evening, Markus Rossmann, as well as Jörg Thönnes and Sarah Schlimm from aixigo AG for hosting the event.
